Drum Circle Facilitator Pricing Guide
1. Hourly Rate for Senior Centers and Preschools
Typical Range: $100 – $250 per hour
$100 is a base rate for a drum circle and rhythm lesson for an hour.
Rates go up if additional activities and crafts are involved.
2. Group Size / Number of Participants for Homeschool Group
Typical Range:
Small groups (up to 10 participants): $100
It’s $10 per participant with a minimum of 10 to book.
If the group exceeds 15, a volunteer will be requested to aid in the direction of the children and group.
Additional Notes:
3. Special Events for school festivals etc. are based on Length / Duration
Typical Range:
1-hour session: $100–$250
Half-day (2–4 hours): $300–$600
Full-day (5+ hours): $600–$1000+
Specialized Events Pricing Guide
Corporate Team-building Sessions: $500–$2,000 per day
Therapeutic or Healing Circles: $150–$350 per hour
Youth Programs / School Workshops: $100–$250 per hour
Community Festivals / Public Events: $300–$1,500 per day
4. Travel Costs
If the facilitator needs to travel outside their local area, they will include travel costs in
the pricing:
Local: (Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Bonsal, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas)
No additional charge
Within 50 miles: $50 (travel fee)
50–100 miles: $100 (travel fee)
Over 100 miles: Negotiated based on distance, usually including accommodation costs.
Example Pricing Breakdown (for a 3-hour session):
Hourly Rate: $150 x 3 = $450
Travel Fee: $75 (within 50 miles)
Total Price for the Event: $450 + $75 = $525
Discounts and Packages
Non-profit Discount: 15%–20% off for charity organizations depending on size
and requested activity.
